Passwords are shared using secured software such as DashLane, and all assistants have advanced AI anti-virus software installed and running on their equipment at all times.

The average cost of our Executive Assistance package varies depending on how many hours of work are required per month. Our Lead Generation package and Social Media package are each competitively priced at $1,000 per month.

Overall, the cost of a virtual assistant ends up being less than hiring a full-time employee when only occasional or part-time assistance is required. Plus, you don’t have to worry about overhead fees such as benefits, payroll, training, equipment, and more.

Yes, we have assistants with a minimum of 5 years of work experience. In addition to their work history, all BOSS Assistants have received post-secondary education with a focus on business administration, communication skills, and technology. Some have obtained college degrees or certificates in related fields like office administration, business management, or information systems.
You are able to cancel your virtual assistant subscription with BOSS Assistants at any time. All that is required is written notice via email at least 30 days before the end of your current billing period.
 
If you choose to cancel, your assistant will continue working as usual until the end of that last month that has already been paid for. This allows time to properly complete any projects or tasks that are in progress. Your assistant will also be available during this 30 day notice period to transition any ongoing work or client responsibilities to another person if needed. We do not charge any additional cancellation fees. You will simply not be billed for the next monthly period.
 
Your satisfaction is important to us, so if you are unhappy with your assistant’s performance for any reason, please let us know right away. We will do our best to address any issues or concerns.
